Second Look AI offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the order date.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, contact us through our contact page with the email address you used at checkout. Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method through Stripe within 5–10 business days.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period.
